Application Note: Brewery Process Monitoring

Process monitoring (tracking the chemical changes that occur as raw materials are taken through various stages to yield a final product) has the potential to optimize and increase efficiency of production and improve the final product. Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry can monitor volatile and semi-volatile analytes which comprise the aromatic profiles released during the beer brewing process.
